Despite the name of the device, it has no afilliation with the widely known film format, and appears to also feature hardware from REALmagic. It comes with its own remote, wireless Infrared keyboard, driver cd, and also has a restore cd (lost)

IMAX DVD Color Scheme Variants
It features a unique but generic looking design, with the fact that the main variant of this computer resembles the Translucent Bondi Blue, or Blueberry color scheme of an iMac G3. It comes in 3 other color schemes such as a translucent red model similar to the main color scheme, a dark grey model, and a translucent black model.

IMAX DVD Ports
The system itself features its own built in IR sensor for the keyboard and remote, and a unique motherboard made by Sigma Designs and REALmagic, and has its own pair of S-VIDEO ports and also has AV ports on the back for connecting a TV. The TV feature itself has to be switched on via an extra tab on the advanced display settings in the windows control panel. The audio jacks can also be used to connect speakers if an adapter is handy. It also features USB 2.0 ports, Two PS/2 Ports for wired keyboard and mouse, a serial port, scsi port, and a VGA port for the monitor.
Since this may have not sold too well, there is not much information on this computer. Everything known is either from experience using the computer, or from examining the driver CD, which contains a lot of useful information.
